As with any experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Gocom Innovations. The main thing remember is that by placing order or making a purchase at Gocom Innovations, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Gocom Innovations’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

No Refunds on Digital Products:

All sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final. We do not offer refunds or credits on any digital products. Once the product is purchased and downloaded, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or refunded.

Please be cautious and make sure you choose the correct product. Take advantage of any free trials, demos, or preview content available to ensure that the product meets your needs before making a purchase. we encourage customers to contact the support team within 24 hours of the purchase to examine the issue and determine if a resolution can be provided.

Gocom Innovations reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it reasonably believes that the individual is ineligible for a refund, violating our terms, engaging in any fraudulent activity, or abusing our refund policy.

Exceptional Circumstances:

Although non-refundable, certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a specific case-by-case consideration for a refund or credit on a purchase at the discretion of gocom innovations management. In such instances, we require that:

• The customer provides a detailed explanation of their situation;
• The request is made within 24hrs of purchase;
• A thorough investigation is carried out by the support team to assess the nature of the request.
• in such case the refund will credited to the orginal source of payment with 7 working days

Please note that this exception will not apply where the product has been used or downloaded.
